Adelante Instructions

These step-by-step instructions will enable you to process Credit Cards either by your Mobile Phone or Internet.

Please note that the following applies whichever method you use:

1. You still need to get the Customer to complete and sign a Credit Card Slip.
2. You must keep the Customer Credit Card Slip in a safe place for 6 months. This is in case of any query - after this time, it can be disposed of in a secure manner i.e. tearing into 4 pieces, shredding or burning.


Use the boxes below to make a note of your User Account Number and Name, your User account number will always be 449 unless you live in Southern Ireland ( area 27 ), it will then be 461. We do not suggest writing your Password here for security purposes, so just put a hint that will help you remember it.

Please note, your password is the one you supplied us on your application form, we do not send you your password.

Your User name is your Ann Summers account number plus initials, for example - 123456gc


User Account No. 449 (or 461 Eire)
User Name  
Password(your AS pin Number )


Please also remember you can only use the Mobile Phone that is registered to your Account - if you change telephone numbers, please contact Head Office to inform them of the changes.
