I started with Ann Summers in 1994. I only joined for a little extra money, while I was having a career break. Once the kids started school, I went back to my career elsewhere as retail Manager, but it involved long hours away from home. It took me a long time to realise what I wanted wasn't what my family wanted. I had lost both my parents by the time I was 9 yrs old, so family life is very important to me. Only 4 years have passed since I made the transition from party organiser to unit organiser. My earning potential is much greater now than it was working elsewhere full-time as management, I am at home we work together as a family, Gerry and the kids Craig 16 and Grant 14 are happy to do their bit, as its not just the extras now for the house, its them that get the extras now too, a sports boat which they are taking up water skiing with, amongst numerous big boys toys and hobbies, Grant is fascinated with mini coopers so I got him one when he was 12 yrs old, yes a real car ! which they take to car shows around the country.

They have it all sorted what my numerous £1000s of vouchers are being spent on usually before I have won them, or received them from Ann Summers.

As for me I am happy when they go on a boys day out and leave me to enjoy my work, I enjoy my time with my 65 strong central team and my downline.

Myself and team are passionate about recruiting, we enjoy seeing new recruits build with confidence as well as their business.

I believe in helping all my party organisers and building a good relationship with them.

I am proud to have won U/O of the year 2006 to bring it back to a fab area 16, but I have only now proven to myself that I can do it.

If I can you can too.

I am no different and no better than any of you.

All I had was the determination to prove to myself I could.
