Alison Hunter lives in Surrey with her two children, William, 11 and Rebecca, 6. She joined Ann Summers in 2003 to earn some extra money to supplement her day job, but little did she know that the earning potential would change her life.

As a Specialty Manager in the NHS Alison found it hard to juggle home and work life. Long hours meant less time watching her children grow, but now she works as an Organiser full time she has both the flexibility and financial ability to put them first.

Alison was enthused and encouraged and gained promotion to Unit Organiser status in November 2004 and as a result drives a Fiesta Finesse company car. She now looks after over 30 Party Organisers in her own Unit by offering them support and encouragement and has successfully promoted three new Unit Organisers one of which has also achieved her first company car, a Fiesta Finesse.

Alison has been running three parties a week and with the motto "that anything is possible" she has won fabulous Ann Summers competition prizes - vouchers and new kit lines galore. But her ultimate accolade to date, through recruiting, training and promoting, has been to win Millennium Star at this year's Crown Circle.

By setting her aim to achieve Area monthly targets or challenges and support her team members to achieve their individual goals means Alison can now take her family on a holiday of a lifetime to Disney in Florida.

"I've always aimed high and never looked back. Being able to be there for my children has been the best reward ever and I wouldn't have been able to do that without Ann Summers. The excitement never stops; if you can wish it and dream it…you can do it!"
