As with the First level, please don't worry if you miss the
options - you will be transferred! Here are some important
things you need to know regarding this System:
- Please note that you may only use this system to pay your account using your own, personal Debit/Credit Card - Customers or Relatives Cards must not be processed here.
- We have a dedicated email address to deal with any issues related to this System, please use this: poivr@annsummers.com
- It can take up to 4 hours for any payments to show on your Account.
- If you wish to change your PIN number, please send an email with your
Account Number, Old PIN number and New PIN number to poivr@annsummers.com - and email confirmation will be sent to you once the change has been made.
