To Pay Your Balance In Full Press 1
You will then hear further Recorded prompts to enable you to enter your Card Details - Number, Expiry Date, Issue Number etc.
To Pay A Different Amount Press 2
You will then hear further Recorded prompts to enable you to enter the amount you wish to pay followed by your Card Details - Number, Expiry Date, Issue Number etc.
To Hear Your Account Balance Again Press 3
To Speak to An Advisor Press 4

As with the First level, please don't worry if you miss the options - you will be transferred! Here are some important things you need to know regarding this System:

  • Please note that you may only use this system to pay your account using your own, personal Debit/Credit Card - Customers or Relatives Cards must not be processed here.
